Mechatronics Modular Training Programmes

Modular Training Programmes are skill specific training programmes designed to equip participants with employable skills, required knowledge and techniques to perform maximally on their chosen field. In addition, it affords the opportunity to upskill and successful participants of any skill area can also establish their own outfit for entrepreneurship development.

The following Modular Programmes are run by Mechatronics (Automation & Autotronics Technology) Department for a period of 1 to 6 months.   

1. Industrial Automation and Robotics Technology Training.


2. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Applications Skills Course.


3. Mechanical Maintenance and CAD Skills Technical Training.


4. Process Control Fundamentals and Instrumentation Skills Course.


5. Electric Motor Principles and Control Training.


6. Fluid Power and Electro-Pneumatics Skills Training.


7. Electronic Circuits Design and Troubleshooting Course.


8. Electrical Installation Technical skills Training.


9. Mobile Robots Technology Skills Training.


10. Drones Technology Development Skills Course.


11. Motor Vehicle Servicing and Autotronics Skills Course.


12. Micro Computer Maintenance and Programming Skills Training.


13. Embedded Systems and Micro Controller Technology Course.


14. Computer Aided Design and Development Skills training.


15. Engine Management and Diagnostic Training.


16. Automotive Mechatronics Technology Training.

Duration: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months (based on request).

Methodology: Participatory Practical Hands-On.

Course Fee: Starts from N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only per participant.

Venue: Mechatronics Department Workshops, Laboratories and Training Rooms, ITF Model Skills Training Centre, ITF House, Maitama, Abuja.
