Hospitality and Tourism Studies Department Modular Training Programmes

Modular Training Programmes are skill specific training programmes designed to equip participants with employable skills, required knowledge and techniques to perform maximally on their chosen field. In addition, it affords the opportunity to upskill and successful participants of any skill area can also establish their own outfit for entrepreneurship development.

The following Modular Programmes are run by Hospitality and Tourism Studies Department for 2 Weeks.   

  • Cake and Other Pastries Production Workshop

  • Bread Production Skills Workshop

  • Beverage Production Workshop

  • Events Management Workshop

Course Fee: N75,000 per programme

  • Continental Dishes: Menu Planning and Production Course
    - Course Fee: N250,000 per participant (Instalment Plan Allowed)

  • Nigerian Cuisine: Menu Planning and Production Course
    - Course Fee: N200,000 per participant (Instalment Plan Allowed)

  • Bakery and Pastries Production Course
    - Course Fee: N200,000 per participant (Instalment Plan Allowed)

  • Cold Food and Basic Dessert Preparation Course
    - Course Fee: N200,000 per participant (Instalment Plan Allowed)

  • Breakfast Dishes Preparation Course
    - Course Fee: N200,000 per participant (Instalment Plan Allowed)
